| Job Description : |
- Organisational Development; function process design,
procedure preparation, the creation of job descriptions, organizational
modeling studies, etc.
o Succession Planning; Key Position / Succession Planning processes operations, Talent Pool trainings follow up, etc. o Performance
Management & Talent Management: Drives the performance management
process and philosophy across the company as part of the HR team.
Watching high potentials, succession and development opportunities.
Assist and coach through the management of the process. Launch and
development of the ‘Talent Management Model’ training activities across
the subsidiary. o Expatriate Management -
HR Web projects; Maintain current HR web projects like 360,
Performance Management System etc. as well as both lead and take an
active role in their developement actions.
- Social Media; Managing and developing Linkedin Corporate Page and supporting management of other social media platforms

| Qualifications : |
- Min 4-5 years experience in the HR field,
- Talent Management, Career Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management experience is prefered,
- Fluent in English is a must, French and Russian is an asset,
- International experience is an asset,
- Analytical thinking and project management skills,
- Ability to work well under pressure and to juggle several projects at the same time,
- Flexible for taking active role in international projects in terms of 3-6 months period especially
