SALES and ACCOUNT MANAGER

Qualifications :
The Role - Responsible of the Partner and Multibrand Boutiques management in cooperation with management based on the local strategy - Responsible of finding new locations and monobrand partners as well as multibrand partners to further expand business according to company’s distribution plan - Manage and organise the existing partners and new partners - Support the partners in all the retail management topics, maintain consistent communication and ensure the coordination - Control and improve all related operational processes like stock and assortment management, ordering, visual merchandising, after sale service, sales and service processes, product and sales - Ensure consistent application of the defined strategy for the existing and new, Partner boutiques and multibrand stores. - Manage the new opening and set up of the new stores - Increase brand awareness and develop the brand perception according to central and local strategies - Cooperate and support local Country Manager in all topics as assigned by the local management
The Person - University degree from a reputable university - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sector - Excellent command of English both oral and written - Flexible and team oriented individual with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills and leadership skills as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills - No military obligation for male candidates - No restriction for travel
