We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to join our Demand to Delivery (D2D) Team in Haier Europe Türkiye.

The position is located in İstanbul.

Build Collaborative Demand Plan; Regularly interact with sales & marketing teams to gather customer plans & other demand inputs. Determine deviations vs. demand plan, gain alignment, & document key assumptions,
Review Demand Plan; Prepare & participate in the Monthly & Weekly discipline process to develop an aligned demand plan. Gaps & opportunities are identified, quantified & addressed,
Synchronize Supply & Demand; Ensure alignment of final demand plan to supply plan. Identify and ensure communication of supply risks/opportunities/constraints, potential solutions,
Manage master data & SKU lifestage for appropriate planning,
Measure & Track Performance; Measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning process & results,
Responsible for the inventory projections,
Collaborate with Marketing for advertising and promotional activities / with Finance & Treasury for transfers and tax payments,
Follow and report stock levels and communicate with central planing & factories & suppliers for urgents or postponement requests,
Create purchase orders in the system acc to supplier master data,
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply planning effectiveness,
Monitor KPIs regularly,identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action to improve efficiency and accuracy,
Coordinate the customs operation with customs broker with the need customs documentations,
Ensure month end procedure within aligned time period agreed with finance team and warehouse team by closing all the delivery notes, invoices,
Using ordering and forecasting systems/tools actively and efficiently.

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Mathematics
Having minimum 3 years Supply Chain Experience,
Having minimum 2 years Demand Planning Experience,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
SAP knowledge is a plus,
Business Intelligence Knowledge is a plus,
Ability to quickly adapt to new demands and challenges,
Comfortable working with cross-functional team members,
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Strong technical usage of Order Management Systems and good knowledge about MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Word),
No military service for men candidates.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Scientist Specialist to be part of our Central Demand Planning Team in Haier Europe.

The position is located in İstanbul.

Understanding of the business, demand and general supply chain processes, and data science related topics such as data systems and business reporting and KPIs,
He/she is responsible for building the data pipeline and automatize statistical data extraction for a pool of business sectors/factories/suppliers of finished products,
He/she aims to improve the forecast accuracy of the statistical demand forecast,
Produce actionable insights and send tangible data-driven recommendations to support the decision-making in the supply chain,
He/she interacts with people in different organizational units around the world, such as Branches, demand planning teams, Marketing and Shipping Departments, as well as HQ, to execute forecast generation and meet targets defined by the manager and company,
Continuous improvement and improvements for the statistical forecast generation tracking forecast value add KPI,
Independently perform end-to-end data science tasks (including data exploration, data cleaning, modeling, and data visualization) to support the digitalization initiatives in supply chain, and monthly mathematical forecast generation tasks,
Develop web applications that enable business owners to interact with developed models and/or results from the studies of the Central Demand Planning Team.

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics or Engineering Departments,
Having 1 year of experience as a data scientist or analyst in a multinational organization,
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English,
Experience in data wrangling and predictive modeling using the open-source programming languages R and/or Python,
Experience in querying databases using SQL,
Experience in using web services: Redshift, S3, Spark, Digital Ocean,
Experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks,
Excellent analytical, relational and negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
