Manpower Gayrettepe - IT Support Engineer
Job Detail We are seeking for a 'IT Support Engineer' for our multinational company.- Support: support to users ; relation with L3/L2 to solve advanced problems
- Projects deployment: following instructions/policies given by corporate team, deployment of new IT project in Turkey .
- Administration of the IT equipment and maintain the security of data and programs applying Group regulations relating to the security of the Information systems (forecast of failures and contingencies, copy management security, antivirus, etc.)
- IT Environment :LAN (Cisco), WAN (MPLS), TCP/IP, ToIP Cisco, Servers/pcs (IBM/Lenovo), Active Directory 2008, Database (Sqlserver, Oracle), OS windows 2003, 2008, XP,Seven, Office 2010, Exchange, Mobile phones (Android/IOS)
