Batı Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş. - Sales & Marketıng Executıve
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible to meet and exceed revenue goals by selling the existing portfolio of Bati Group and use of the Bati Group Portal and network throughout the Seaway, Airway, Road Freight and Freight Forwarding community worldwide. Will be responsible for the entire process of import and export cargos pricing, sales, marketing as well as contact and negotiation with customers.

• Must have experience in international transportation processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree mandatory/MBA preferred
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Customer service experience with sales experience preferred
• Exceptional people skills including experience in training and evaluation
• Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, dependable, persistence, time management, independent, documentation skills, scheduling and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Trace lost freight and shortages; follow-up with airlines/shipping lines and inform all stations/agents involved.
• Report all pertinent information to Sales Director customer/vendor problems or unusual situations that may impact services.
• Create a sales plan covering new and retained business. Exceed sales target for Bati Group products through direct sales and 3rd party sales
• Gain market intelligence through close working relationships with major clients and use of related media
• Develop accurate and timely detailed sales reporting and forecasting on revenue targets. Ensure that the CRM application is up to date and accurate. Customer focused approach; experience in maximizing sales closures
