To respond incoming calls via web page, give the information about the advertising campaign to customers who request information through the central or other channels, achieve the goals given by the manager.
To make accurate information by understanding the needs and expectations of customers,to provide the most appropriate solution, to make efforts to ensure customer satisfaction,
To communicate with customers registered in CRM within a specific plan within the scope of sales activities determined in accordance with the current sales strategy,
To develop methods for improving the customer portfolio and acquiring new customers, identify potential customers in accordance with industry information,
JOB DESCRIPTION AND DESIRED ABILITIES
We are looking for colleagues to be on duty at the call center to present sales support to foreign customers.
To be willing to join B2B online textile sales support team,
To be advanced level in ENGLISH, ARABIC, RUSSIAN, FRENCH,
To understand Turkish language (for foreigners)
