Bu Tanıtım Organizasyon - Sales Operations Executive

İş Açıklaması

·Act as a liaison between sales teams and the regional CRM team
·Supports the Sales teams to administer and service in house customer support issues for sales staff
·Support ad hoc and regular reporting for Business Unit Sales teams 
·Actively looking at Salesforce to observe usage, movement of Sales opportunities and keeping Sales leadership informed
·Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP) with sales contracts and products information through sales process
·Providing the forms (text) for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue (publishing events), stand sharing forms for the online customer tools 
·Support related people in preparing regular forecasting, preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetings
·Provide and track Salesforce training for on boarding new hires and continuing user education
·Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce business process for sales teams
·Support the adoption of Salesforce CRM system and Sales Excellence pipeline process
·Key liaison point with Customer Service and Event Operations team for customer data and event floor plan queries 
·Adhere and commit to the UBM Commitments and lead by example
·Manage the entry of contract details into ESOP and CRM, ensuring that all companies are charged, whilst flagging to Customer Service team or finance credit control missed payments

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

·University Bachelor’s Degree / University of Applied Sciences qualification
·Minimum 3+ years of Experience in related area,  preferably at least 1+ years of experience in Sales
·Very good communication skills, strong team player who is also self motivated
·Very good command of both written and spoken English
·Interest in the Events industry and Sales
·Well organisd and good time management
·Experience of data analysis and manipulation as well as having analytical mindset and approach
·Ability to proactively handle and respond to customer objections
·Advanced Level of Computer Use and Ms. Office Programs (Excel knowledge is a must)
·Experience with Salesforce CRM and ESOP preferable
·Understand and values diversity with businesses and teams 
Solid sales force knowledge and usage experience
·No military obligation for male candidates
