Job Definition

  • Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
  • Managing 3rd party relations and agencies for sponsorships, alliances, marketing events and PR activities,
  • Analyse market research data in order to understand brand issues and brand awareness,
  • Reports marketing strategy, ATL/BTL communication plan, competitor analysis and results to Senior Management periodically,
  • Is key contacts for group of local / regional creative, PR and media agencies,
  • Follows competition in the assigned market and develops  strategy and action plans according to competitor activities,
  • She/he will develop, plan, organize and execute national & international marketing operating plan such as ATL and BTL activities, campaigns and advertising.
  • Analyse market research data in order to understand brand issues and brand awareness,
  • Report and analyse brand performance in a clear, concise manner with focus on required actions.

Qualifications

  •  Fluent English
  •  Degree from a reputable university is required and an MBA is a benefit
  • 1-2 years of experience, ideally in consumer/retail marketing at international companies. Food chain experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record on capitalizing emerging media trends, online media, and social networking digital media
  • Knowledge/ experience in PR, media and event management is a plus
  • Teamworker, smart, dynamic, self-driven, pro-active and creative person with positive attitude.
  • Analytical mind, good with numbers
  • Effective project management skills
  • The ideal candidate should be an entrepreneurial who is able to adapt to the culture of an aggressive and dynamic company easily
  • Ability for some  travel domestically.
