CEVA Logistics - HR Business Partner

İş Açıklaması

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all functions of the HR management including performance management, development, recruitment and compensation in the area of responsibility
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope (Head Office – Istanbul)
  • Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business
  • Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes
  • Supporting managers in application of HR processes and employee engagement activities
  • Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner
  • Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied.

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant departments of universities,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Turkish,
  • Min. 7 years experience in HR functions,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and coaching skills,
