Part of GFI's Sales department, this full-time role will be integral to the sales renewal process of the organization. Responsible for making targeted calls every single day, maintaining and tracking renewal leads activity. To excel in this exciting team, a successful candidate needs to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, have a professional customer focus and have |proven their ability to work in a team environment.
Among other duties, this position involves working with English-speaking customers via email and over the phone. To qualify, you will need to be fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional languages are considered an advantage. Enthusiasm and professional drive are highly valued.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You will generate maintenance and upgrade sales by contacting existing customer base;
Research and consolidate invoices on upgrades and maintenance contracts;
Ensure that notification, order processing, invoicing and billing occur;
Solicit maintenance renewal sales by contacting existing customers with contracts;
Contact existing customers regarding upgrades to their software with pricing and quote information;
Document maintenance renewal and upgrade information into the system;
Contact vendors for pricing, product information, quotes and additional necessary information.
Previous experience in IT sales, preferably software industry;
Prior experience successfully meeting revenue quota;
Technical background is preferred but not necessary;
An understanding of networks/network security and Channel Sales experience is an advantage.
Fluent in written and verbal English
Based on coverage of territories, another language may be required and is favorable.
OTE Compensation is $15/hr or $30k/year for a 40-hour productive week (70/30 Base/Commission)
