As a Senior Manager of Global Sales Operations, you’ll partner with our Sales & Retention teams on customer sales and business operations activities. You’ll also be accountable for setting up sales ops processes and driving operational excellence in our sales operations function.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring that our sales team has a great sales process support on renewals and new orders.
Using our Sales CRM (salesforce.com) for creating and maintaining business, financial and operational reports.
Reviewing customer and vendor contracts for commercial and operational terms.
Working with the senior leadership of the company on account assignments, business strategies, and customer success efforts.
Work with our customers on their sales and operations needs.
Supporting the sales recruitment and people management efforts.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with the following skill set and experience:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Minimum five years of experience in customer facing business role
Experience of working with Salesforce.com products
Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills
Minimum educational qualification – Bachelor’s degree
Ability to work with and coordinate across multiple groups of people
Able to work US Eastern time hours
Onsite US work experience would be a positive
