Job Detail

• Understanding and analyzing processes and user needs, designing solutions and carrying out documentation work.
• Documenting analysis and mock-up designs within the framework of requirements, create process maps and draw flow diagrams
• Be the point of contact between the customer and the development team during and after development.
• Ensure that the solutions developed are in accordance with the design and play a guiding role in user tests.
• Creating, prioritizing and managing technical backlog for requests
• Preparation of the test plan and analysis document of the project
• Preparation of test scenarios in accordance with the analysis, tracking the errors detected on live systems
• Performing test processes (interface, functional, performance, load, security, etc.) in accordance with the prepared test cases with the relevant test tools
• Writing test codes for API/Interface automation tests

Desired Skills and Specializations

• 4+ years of professional work experience
• Experienced in both web and mobile application development necessities
• Having knowledge in software test scenarios and techniques, able to create user acceptance tests
• Experienced in mockups, wireframe and workflow designs
• Having participate in as an analyst and test engineer in microservices (Having knowledge in big data and artificial intelligence projects is bonus)
• Knowledge of Atlassian products, in particular Jira Software and Confluence
• Knowledge of UML diagrams and the methodologies and methods used in Software Analysis processes
• Able to use manual and automate software testing tools
• Able to read code blocks and extract related data from different data sources such as database
