Job DetailPlan, execute, and finalize software projects according to deadlines and within budget
Meeting the clients (kick-off), understanding their needs, defining the scope and the objectives of the project
Create, maintain, and prioritize the project requirements backlog. Ensure the completeness and consistency of the derived requirements.
Define acceptance criteria for the features, groom, and verify once they are developed.
Estimating and planning resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants
Developing full-scale project plans including timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (Jira)
Tracking project milestones and deliverables, and communicating with related parties on an ongoing basis
Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations,
Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members and influencing them to take positive action for their assigned work.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Proven 5+ years of experience in software development project including test, deployment and maintanence
Experienced in preparing and reviewing contracts and technical specifications for IT and software projects
Having knowledge in SDLC, Agile, Lean Development etc. (Certification of PMP, ITIL or Scrum Master is bonus)
Actively using Atlassian-JIRA products for project management and reporting
Experienced in software development and testing procedures and the terminology
Experienced in relationship management including internal teams, business units, outsourcing parties and senior management
Open-minded and result oriented
Technical English proficiency
