İş Açıklaması

  • Customer Relationship Management, understanding customer needs and environment. Understanding customer targets and values, setting clear targets expectations
  • Proactive management, rapid issue resolution, short term, mid term and long term action planning, creating preventive actions for the problems, issue tracking and reporting
  • Change management, detailed implementation planning, managing customer expectation during change
  • Setting the goals for the team and having regular follow up meetings. Developing team members and create a strong structure to support future businesses and growth
  • Optimize value creation and operation excelence within the unit - review and improve operational processes
  • Lead the LLP Business for the Customer account within LLP Europe. Lead the development of the account into a larger geographical area and increased scope of services for Customer.
  • To manage and motivate the DHL LLP Operation team in order to develop and improve the supply chain of Customer to ensure achievement of agreed service levels
  • To drive network optimisation, procurement and leverage LLP capabilities to deliver an efficient network and identify and implement savings improvement to achieve the agreed annualised savings.
  • Growth the account(scope, services, geography)

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar field (preferably experienced in the retail sector )
  • Working knowledge and understanding of warehouse, road transportation, distribution operations and customer management
  • Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
