Job Definition

• Determination of the target customers
• Creation of new business environments with the target customers
• Managing the development and maintaining the continuity in the sectors
• Coordinating the relevant units of DHL for potential businesses
• Preparation of the contracts with the customers, with whom an agreement on the new business is reached
• Providing the market research and information on the basis of managed customers, rivals and sector
• Creating and coordinating responses/offers for customers
• Developing cost&pricing in the new business
• Building and coordinating a work group for new businesses
• Performing effective and commercially consistent negotiations within the framework of new contracts

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree in/focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
• Ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure
• Understanding of business structures, influences and requirements of customers
• Experience in the international business environment
• Knowledge about sector customer trends and expectations
• Commercial/Operational business intelligence
• Knowledge of project management tools and applications
• Organization skills, knowledge of outsource and transfer
• Knowledge of market trends, chance and challenges
• Start up operation planning (including warehouse/logistics solution development)
• Experienced in contract negotiation with service suppliers
