Job Detail

Monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting of the issues regarding the system and the backbone voip problems of the Company and the the Customers actively.
Assuring continuous progress, evaluating QoS digures and reporting to the sales team consistently.
Providing clear solutions to the customers regarding any issue (like quality issues) or discrepancies based on QoS and ensuring that the customer gets the best assistance based on its needs.
Improving corporate response targets to customer’s technical problems.
Having close colaboration with coworkers; Sales team, and Finance departments

Desired Skills and Specializations

Sufficient level of English (expected to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing)
University degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or related field and/or any courses related field.
Preferably, have the VOIP Knowledge.
Highly motivated for learning new technologies and acquiring new skills.
Exceptional analysis, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
Willing to work collaboratively and and demonstrate meeting commitments, accountability, reliability and good judgment.
Military service completed or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates
