Serving in the photography sector, which is Turkey's largest photo printing labs and album production center of our mission, our company is looking for Customer Service department will be teammates.

  • Answering and forwarding calls from our customers in the USA and European countries in line with speaking standards
  • Supporting our customers during and after the order and ensuring their communication with the sales & marketing unit
  • Demand, suggestion, information, complaint, subscription etc. of our customers. to ensure customer satisfaction by performing their transactions on the phone
  • To help manage the portfolio by tracking current and potential customers

Qualifications

The qualifications and competencies we are looking for in the candidates for this position are as follows:

  • Good command of English
  • Being at least a university graduate
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field,
  • Preferably with experience in call center / customer service representative,
  • Mastering Excel and other office programs and using a fast keyboard,
  • Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours,
  • Can speak fluently and effectively on the phone, has high communication skills,
  • Its diction is smooth, caring for its outer appearance,
  • To be able to learn quickly and adapt quickly
  • Service awareness is developed and has problem solving skills,
