For our R&D Center which is the first in the logistics sector, work with the principles of systematic, creative, original, scientific, experimental and the implementation of technical work, has development programs with universities and research centers, use the latest technology at R&D activities.

We are looking for high potential candidates who are passionate to improve himself / herself about;

• Taking role in the process analysis, system design and implementation activities as a member of the R&D project teams,
• Contributing in the innovation cycle, development of the technological infrastructure and applying the global best practices of the industry in the processes,
• Increasing productivity and implementing methods to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of systems infrastructure,
• Analyzing gaps between processes & work flows and supporting business units in operational system requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (new graduated and experienced)
• Strong skills about analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and present,
• Solution-oriented, can take the initiative, responsible,
• Excellent English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking,
• Residing on Asian side of Istanbul,
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years.
