Job Definition

We are looking for General Manager Assistant for our American multinational customer that has been operating in automation solutions area.

  • Professionally handle telephone calls with absolute priority in line with the Think Customer initiatives, take notes and communicate as needed,
  • Operate switchboard and other office equipment in the reception area, (PCs, fax, copy machine)
  • Welcome and support visitors,
  • Organise individual/country manager’s business travels (flights, hotels, visa, car rental, taxis) in a professional and cost-effective manner,
  • Handle faxes and weekly courier shipments to the branch offices etc,
  • Update Customer Databases,
  • Assist Country Manager in preparing PPT presentations,
  • Join the Management Meetings, prepare meeting minutes and publish to participants,
  • Ensure smooth cooperation and coordination with other admin employees,
  • Be aware of the Trade Compliance procedures and ensure ethical behaviour on all aspects,
  • Seminar organisations which may also need travel arrangements,
  • Order meal vouchers, stationary for the employees,
  • Fill in approval forms and get approvals about the administrative purchasing work,
  • Own and apply the relevant ISO procedures,
  • Archive of the files as per record retention policy.


  • University Graduate,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Relevant experience in similar position,
  • Computer Literacy,
  • Open-minded personality with good communication skills,
  • Good manners and high level of customer orientation,
