Estee Lauder Companies Turkey - Marketing Assistant

• Assisting all promotional activities: New launches, merchandising, in-store & off-site events
• Implementing marketing strategies in line with global and ensure local relevancy  
• Assisting the execution of the marketing projects & marketing and sales activities according to the marketing calendar
• Support the local adaptation of advertising creative material; liaise with media buying agency and follow up with agencies
• Analyse market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
• Interact efficiently with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives
• Supporting the point of sales with all sorts of organizations & operational needs
• Optimizing the procurement processes of the brands

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant one of our brands; Darphin and Lab Series.

• 1+ years in a similar position with a leading national/international digital agency or company.
• University Graduate Level
• English – Excellent
• A successful candidate should be a strong, dynamic, flexible, multi-tasking and collaborating with different brands.
