Estetik İnternational - Guest Relations Supervisor
Guest Relations Executivewill deliver superior customer service to patient sand their companion sand will serve as liasion between patient sand clinic. Collaborates with different departments of clinic including Clinic Staffand International Patients Department and coordinates all patient operations to reach excellent sales faction in patient services.
- Fluent English speaker both verbally and orally. Other languages will be a valuable asset for candidate.
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, customer/patient service sorguest services, experience in clinic environment will be a valuable asset
- Able to work in flexible hours according to clinic schedule
- Excellent communication and organizations kills
- Competency at Microsoft Office and able to make reporting
- Coordinates with planning specialist and Schedule patient visits daily, weekly and monthly
- Superviseall patient activitie safter patients have their official admission to clinic system
- Organising all patient welcomings and lead operations team to reach excellent hospitality level in the clinic
- Representing clinic in a positive and proffesional manner, welcoming and assisting VIP patients during their visit, reach perfection in hospitality services
- Work closely with Clinic Manager tomake sure allnon-medical areas including patients wards, bathrooms, cafeterias, etc. Are fitting to clinic quality standarts.
- Supervising clinic staff is following dress code of clinic and also acting towards clinic quality standarts
- Proactively take responsilibity to provide a formal mechanism for the investigation, resolution and recording of a patient complaint.
- Share feedbacks and opinions with Clinic Management and other departments to enrich clinic quality standarts
