Our client is an organic dermo-cosmetic products producer. The company operates in mother-baby care therapeutic domain with organic skincare products.

Now we are looking for a “e-commerce specialist” who will lead own e-commerce site of the company and e-market place operations.

The Profile

• Graduated from related departments of universities.
• Minimum three years of experience in e-commerce and e-marketplace operations.
• A person who leads listing products and managing growth marketing in marketplaces like Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, Etsy, Allegro and Zalondo…
• It will be an asset to have an experience in e-commerce panel applications like (IdeaSoft, Ticimax or TSoft..) and e-commerce product management applications.
• Have fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing including, SEO marketing, funnel growth marketing and performance marketing, social media (Meta channels) management and influence marketing.
• No military obligation for male candidates or at least 2 years of postpone
• Minimum intermediate level of English is required

• Managing company’s own e-commerce site end to end
• Managing e-marketplace operations including listing products, managing price reliability in all channels, stock levels, image, content, campaign and promotions.
• Managing the responses about products, services requests from e-marketplace consumers and leading the supply chain including celebrity relations for influencing marketing.
• Leading customers inquiries and complaints effectively
• Leading the delivery KPIs of e-commerce orders, having necessary actions for better customer experience
• Managing the listed product portfolio on e-commerce, including cost accounting, of each SKU, maintaining product margin objectives by designing, planning and activating promotion and campaigns.
