We are seeking for Compensation&Benefits Associate to join our Human Resources team with the following qualifications;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS and/or other related field

  • Assist in developing, implementing, administering and improving rewards management programs and policies
  • Provide support for the annual compensation review process; assist in the analysis of base and variable compensation
  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget, and regularly monitor, report and adjust the budget
  • Assist in Performance Management processes
  • Review market conditions and compensation and benefits policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives
  • Provide support for the salary survey submissions and market analysis including job matching, compilation of survey data, analysis of survey results, reporting and presentation of survey results
  • Maintain compensation data and track employee changes
  • Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and develop data-driven insights that improve business decisions
  • Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives, including HR system implementation and enhancement projects


  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in Compensation & Benefits,
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Strong data retrieval and reporting skills
  • Understanding of Total Compensation concept & Salary Surveys
  • Excellent mathematical modelling, analytical and technical skills enabling review, analyze, model, scenario plan and interpret large amounts of data
  • Payroll knowledge would be an asset
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service obligations
