EY - Compensation&Benefits Supervisor

Job Definition

  • Develop, implement, administer and improve rewards management programs and policies
  • Manage the annual compensation review process for base salary and variable pay
  • Prepare annual human resource budget, and regularly monitor, report and adjust the budget
  • Review market conditions and compensation and benefits policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives
  • Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and develop data-driven insights that improve business decisions
  • Maintain data integrity; ensure the Global and Local HR systems are up-to-date, and the data in the current systems is cleaned and accurate
  • Supervise all HR operations matters, including but not limited to confidential employee data / documentation processing
  • Lead the Comp & Ben and HR Operations Team and manage performance and development of team members
  • Lead / participate in the strategic projects and initiatives, including HR system implementation and enhancement projects

We are seeking for Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations Supervisor to join our Human Resources team with the following qualifications;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS and/or other related field

  • Minimum 5+ years previous experience in Compensation & Benefits,
  • Strong knowledge on Total Compensation concept & Salary Surveys
  • Experience in managing the design, implementation, communications and governance of a total compensation framework
  • Demonstrated experience with providing support to senior management and internal clients on all matters related to compensation and benefits
  • Excellent mathematical modelling, analytical and technical skills enabling review, analyze, model, scenario plan and interpret large amounts of data
  • Advanced knowledge of basic statistics and the ability to apply statistical methodologies
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Strong data retrieval and reporting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and legal requirements related to HR
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service obligations
