  • Work on client engagement teams executing M&A advisory services which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions

  • Be responsible for assessing the client's state of readiness with respect to people, resources, planning, data collection and strategy, while identifying high-risk areas, unidentified issues and areas for overall improvement

  • Assist with the execution of the integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement including resolving integration issues

  • Actively search for new potential clients and pursue business development activities

  • Specialize in a key sector and gain deep knowledge in this area

  • Be responsible for creating work products that document the engagement procedures performed against objectives

  • Effectively participate on teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business

  • Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

Qualifications

We are seeking for Seniors to join our Transaction Advisory Services / Mergers & Acquisitions team with the following qualifications;

  • Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field. Corporate finance related a course taken is a plus.

  • Two or three years of related work experience in a similar institution active in transactions

  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Knowledge of M&A transactions and the trends in the market

  • Knowledge in general M&A scope and documentation such as information memorandum, teaser, valuation, due diligence process, SPA and SHA.

  • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • English language skills (excellent written and verbal communication)

  • Preferably military service obligation completed for male candidates

  • No travel restrictions
