Job Definition

  • Management of trade activities; receive & process the orders from Israel & Central Asian countries and Turkey, supply requested documents to the distributors/customers for customs clearance and issue the invoices
  • Ensure proper approvals are received prior to processing orders.
  • Communicate with factories in several countries and drive export/transit trade operations.
  • Investigate and respond in a timely manner to all customer requests and understands business needs & urgency of order fulfillment and follow-up.
  • Prepare technical documents & necessary configurations in contact with the clients and internal technical responsible.
  • Track & record all logistics procedures, clarify the complaints and create long-term solutions for optimize processes.
  • Monitor payment habits & due dates, make the necessary communication both with clients and internal finance department.
  • Prepare reports for sales, orders, invoices on regular basis.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies.
