What you will do

Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media advertising campaigns Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) Setting and delivering high quality creative content for the brand’s websites, blogs and social media channels
Use graphic design skills to create campaign visuals for website banners, email marketing, Instagram posts and stories

Update website content, ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
To create communication and campaign calendars for Turkiye and related countries
Using Google Analytics to help to decide target audiences and campaign types (and contents) Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Managing, optimizing performance marketing channels such as Google Adwords,Facebook Ads, Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights Evaluate emerging technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualifications

What will make you successful in the role (Qualifications)

Having a Bachelor’s degree
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Experience in brand management as well as in planning and executing impactful digital campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and experience in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics
Having good command of SEO strategy creation, planning, managing the process, reporting and assessing the results, Knowing the features of social networks and advertising formats, and following trends closely.
Experience in social media management and content production,
Having creative approach to both paid advertisement and social media marketing
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Turkish, preferably in Arabic too
Good at using Turkish orthographic & spelling rules
Excellent in relevant specialized softwares; Photoshop, Mac Pages, Microsoft Excel...
Experience in working in a multinational organization is an asset
Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated and result oriented
