• Overall ownership for revenue and profitability targets for the international cosmetic company’s e-commerce site.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce operations partnering with Logistics, Accounting and Customer Service teams to maximize customer satisfaction,
• Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and design site content.
• Analyze online experience of customer and recommend improvements to ensure optimal quality of services to customer.
• Coordinate with marketing team in order to create best performing online campaign strategies
• Follow digital communications' performance and assist CRM department to design various strategies to increase sales.
• Administer all eBusiness activities such as marketplaces, partnerships etc... and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
• Look for new projects, partnerships and recommend ways to increase traffic to website and maximize revenue.
• Keep current with the latest eCommerce trends and technology to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition.
• Exchange with central team and international to learn and get inspired.

• Experience of min. 7-8 years in e-commerce management,
• Graduate from university (preferably from technical departments with a social studies component i.e. Industrial Engineering)
• Excellent command of English both written and oral, preferably French,
• Excellent project management and decision making skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills and affinity to perform in teams as well as individual,
• Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities.
• Retail/Cosmetics company experience is a plus
