Job Definition

  • To provide full secretarial service to the General Manager
  • Arrangement and follow-up of the agenda
  • Travel and hotel arrangements
  • Communication and correspondence follow-up
  • Receiving and answering relevant telephone calls, inquiries and visitors on behalf of General Manager
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc presentations, reports and meeting minutes
  • To organize facilities for local top managerial and regional meetings and/or particular activities when required, including arrangement of conference halls, hotels or company's own meeting room availabilities, receiving necessary support from external agents or working independently depending on the nature of the event
  • Liaison between executive and all departments
  • Being in touch with the clients worked with
  • Fulfilling all other related tasks of personal assistance


  • A minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Knowledge of Russian is a must
  • Good command of English & Russian
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Initiative taker, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented attitude
  • 2+ years executive assistant experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Self confident, flexible, engaging, intelligent, upbeat candidate with a high level of professionalism
  • Candidate must be proactive, dependable and well-spoken
  • Excellent writing skills required
  • MS Office proficiency
  • High planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multitask
  • Living in Anatolian side of İstanbul
