Job Definition

  • Strategize and create media & advertising plans in collaboration with marketing team,
  • Supports annual media buying reviews and ensures take outs are implemented in annual plans
  • Leads media agency and provides directions & recommendations
  • Ensure campaigns are continuously optimized and running efficiently
  • Provide internal teams with new and innovative online media opportunities on an ongoing basis
  • Lead Consumer Research projects,
  • Generate consumer insight and provide support to brand strategies to deploy these insights
  • Follow up, analysis and reporting of Adhoc researches


  • University degree,
  • Minimum 5 years of media planning & buying experience both in traditional and digital channels; ( Digital media planning & buying experience is a must)
  • Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Be an effective liaison between the brand teams, vendors and the agency
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Be able to handle a large volume of work and be flexible and receptive to changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively work independently and troubleshoot any issue
  • Self-motivation with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to develop media plans including targeting and budget allocation
  • A strong understanding of media math, concepts, and planning software
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and have strong mathematical skills
