International automotive company in Turkey is recruiting a Quality Engineer that will work under the guidance of the Quality Manager of the plant ;.

Production Control

1. Make the necessary quality checks at the production machines, i.e first/last leaf and during production time.
2. Paint line control, i.e. control of process data, bathes, Paint viscosity, thickness of Paint.
3. Shot-peening machines, i.e control of shot-peen data.
4. Assistance and substitute of quality manager.
5. Implementation of consumer specific standard.
6. Supervise the manufacturing of prototypes.

APQP process

1. Validation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory means of control and production.
2. Prepare test reports according to control plans.
3. Supervision and execution of quality plan tests.(process control)
4. Coordination of training of control plan users.
5. Quality control of acessories, raw materials and outsourced products.
6. Train the staff on production aspects of plant quality.
7. Management of rejection área: reworks criteria and/or acceptance.

Non compliant stock control

1. Organise stock control after customer complaint.
2. Apply and check corrective and preventive action in production process according to 8d report.

1. Plan, together with the management team, any audits regarding ISO Quality Systems
2. .Perform and file internal periodical audits on environmental, health and safety
3. Be part of the Health and safety Committee and coordinate its meetings
4. Create indicators the could allow the company to follow the evolution of the results of the implement actions

• Educated to degree level in Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in manufacturing  preferably in Automotive industry,
• Skills in tools and process for Assurance Quality (FMEA, audits, problem solving…)
• Standards skills: ISOTS16949,ISO 9001:2008,ISO 14001
• Strong ability to organize, communicate and work as part of a team
• Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good knowledge of MS office programs,
• No restriction for travelling out of country,
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
• Driving licence. (class B)
• Living or able to live Istanbul-Anatolian side or Gebze,Tuzla,Darıca,Çayırova,
