Gi Group - Service Sales Representative

Job Definition

Main Objective:

- To ensure that service revenue and profitability are increased,
- Keeping customer satisfaction at a high level in constant communication with customers,
- To complete the stationery works on time and completely,
- Responsibility to the Service Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

- To apply the service sales rules in full,
- Analyzing and reporting Service Sales data for use in service budget calculations,
- Use initiative to increase service sales revenue,
- Use initiative to increase the signing rate of contracts,
- Use the initiative to increase the profitability of Service Contracts while increasing service sales revenue and contract signing rates,
- To communicate well with customers in order to keep customer satisfaction at a high level,
- For Customers;

To offer a service contract on time,
In order to be able to propose service contracts suited to their exact needs,
To offer a service contract on time,

- In places with installed devices;
To follow the devices in warranty period,
To follow the devices within the extended warranty period,
To follow the devices which are in service guarantee guarantee,

- To inform the related departments about the details of the service contracts in a timely manner,

- To follow collections and payments,

- Adhere to regulations on occupational safety,

- Responsible for the Service Sales Manager in all his work.

Bachelor in Electronics Engineering or equivalent level college.
Has the ability to manage and analyze.
Advanced level of English.
Excelent communication skills Solution oriented.
