GKN Driveline - Supply Chain Engineer

Job Detail

To be responsible for general Supply Chain activities in the plant such as Demand management, sales activities, packaging activities, capacity management etc.
Create production schedules to meet customer demand (including sub-contract processes)
Scrap declarations
Indirect warehouse management
Support for packaging activities
Align production plans to capacity plans (short and long term)
Align the Production planning system to plant processes
Collaborate with Production to ensure correct Cycle times are driving supporting systems
Manage ‘Phase in / Phase out’ of programmes
Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counting
Manage a Check/Act process to review Supply Chain Management performance (Processes and KPIs) and create improvement plans based on the review

Desired Skills and Specializations

Graduation from technical departments of universities
Miminum 2 years experience in planning function
Good level of ERP, MRP knowledge
Effective oral and written communication skills both in English and Turkish
