HERA İK - Procurement Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for "Procurement Sourcing Specialist" to join the team of our customer.

• Responsible for sourcing, product development, price negotiation and order fulfilment
• Working with suppliers and customers to ensure sampling, product quality, costing, production, delivery process and communication
• Negotiating costs and contracts, monitoring their progress, and checking the quality of service provided
• Manage the purchase order issues and confirmation process
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and other related departments

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years working experience in procurement and retail/category related position
• Experience in managing different types of goods sourcing
• Preferably sourcing experiences, products development process, costing in retail sector
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage suppliers to support the business needs
• Effective knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English
