HERA İK - Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a " Senior IT Business Analyst " to join the team of our corporate client leading in related industry.

Responsibilities

• Support related departments in requirements analysis and specification,
• Response the delivery of all IT Solutions and Services to Business,
• Coordinate business units with functional consultants and other technical teams to implement the design,
• Analyse existing systems and offering new ideas for improve processes,
• Design IT solutions to respond to changes in existing or new systems,
• Conduct current state analysis in order to help design future state processes and prioritize the tasks and features according the business plan,
• Ensure high-quality business analysis documentation of the implementation and projects,
• Prepare test scenarios and perform functional tests to confirm solution design before hand over for the business test,
• Coordinate the user acceptance tests,
• Budget Management for the relevant business unit or external suppliers,
• Manage different models of integrations between ERP and other solutions,
• Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complicated system environment,
• Coordination with internal and external support teams.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial, Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• Minimum 4-5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst or similiar position,
• Able to link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners,
• Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile & Waterfall Methodologies,
• SQL experience is preferred,
• Good at UI design, and keen on UX,
• Ability to analyze problems or business needs and lead solution delivery working with Global IT or local suppliers,
• Eager to learn, communicate and solve problems and open for improvement,
• Result oriented, a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Have a customer-oriented service approach,
• Progressing with a detail-oriented perspective.
