İş Açıklaması

  • Distributing and following up the administrative roles and duties,
  • Preparing and presenting the departmental expense budget and investment budget,
  • Planning the trainings of administrative personnel and follow-up,
  • Realizing the expense analysis and conducting cost down projects,
  • Conducting the relations with subcontractors and auditing the service procurement,
  • Managing the services of transportations, canteen & lunch area, utilities etc.
  • Increasing the efficiency of administrative affairs processes.

İstenen Yetenek ve Uzmanlıklar

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a reputable university,
  • 3 years of experience in Administrative Affairs Department,
  • Advanced level of English (interviews will be conducted in English)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and drive for results,
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills,
  • Military service completed for male candidates.
