  • Conducting the recruitment process from job posting step to the offer stage,
  • Carrying out the recruitment process of both white & blue collar workers,
  • Conducting interviews with candidates and carry out the whole process with managers & team leaders,
  • Supporting the training and development activities,
  • Planning and organizing HR social activities and events,
  • Supporting other HR related duties and reporting as assigned.


  • University degree from a related department,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in automotive sector,
  • Good command of both spoken and written English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
