HRWORKS CONSULTANCY is a human resources consultancy company that provides custom-built services to top-line companies of engineering-based sectors since 2011. The services we provide to these companies both in Turkey and in its neighbor countries are listed below:

Researching and placing senior and mid-senior level executives
Selection and recruitment of engineering positions
Providing short-term executive interim management solutions

We are in search of an Client Business Partner for our office in İstanbul-Suadiye.

Main responsibilities:

Conducting research to identify industries, companies and candidates for senior to mid-level positions,
Approaching potential candidates directly and assisting screening, interviewing and evaluation of candidates,
Preparing regular reports for clients and maintaining communication with clients,
Managing incoming candidate CVs,
Supporting business development activities.

Desired Skills and Specializations

Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering, Business Administration or Social Sciences,
Minimum 2 years of recruitment, research or HR project management experience,
Advanced level of English,
Excellent research and communication skills,
Good planning, following up, interpersonal and teamwork skills,
