ID Consultancy - Food Safety And Regulations Manager

Job Definition

Our client, a market leader in its category with "most loved brand" food products consumed in more than 25 countries is looking for Food Safety and Regulations Manager who will be located in Bursa.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conducts periodical Food Safety, Food Quality, FACCP and GMP audits in accordance with the annual audit plan

  • Reports on findings to reflect compliance with local and internal regulations as well as R&D prescriptions

  • Coordinates preventive and corrective activities by means of leading process improvements and identifying critical control points

  • Provide input in new product development in terms of compliance with local food safety regulations

  • Acts as the point of contact for external auditors

  • Keeps track of latest developments in Food Safety Regulations and relevant global practices


·At least 10 years of experience in Food Safety applications/controls/audits

·FMCG exposure, preferably experience in food & diary is a plus

·Excellent communications with strong interpersonal skills

·Strong problem solving skills with an analytical mind to identify critical improvement areas

·Advanced level of English

·University Degree from Food/Chemical Engineering is a plus

·Knowledge on MS Office and preferably SAP
