Job Definition

Our client, a global industrial group is looking for an HR Manager to be responsible for all Human Resources issues in line with the Company needs, local labour laws, contributing to the social climate of the company, taking into account the skills and behavior and ensuring the employees’ and employer satisfaction, in accordance with Group HR policy. He/she will be responsible for:

  • Designing, revising and implementing HR Policies in line with the Group policies
  • Business partnering with the Executive Team in all HR related fields
  • Developing and adapting HR projects with Group’s international HR team
  • Manage the HR Generalist team
  • C&B policy in accordance with salary market and local laws.
  • Re-designing the recruitment process from the job description to the integration of new employees
  • Anticipate, in accordance with General Management, the future needs in skills and competency
  • Participate in the career management as well as the development of skills & competencies
  • Contribute to the implementation of safety rules and propose improvements when needed
  • Being regularly on the field and build a proximity relationship with employees in order to evaluate social climate and alert if necessary
  • Creating and managing indicators and tools : KPI
  • Support the managers in all HR field


Requirements are as follows:

  • At least 10 years of experience in an HR related role
  • Substantial experience in HR Policy making, Recruitment, C&B, Training, Employee Engagement preferably in a multinational organization
  • Adequate knoweldge on labor law and related regulations
  • Experience in an industrial environment is a plus
  • Excellent English language skills
