Iron Mountain Arşivleme Hizmetleri - Human Resources Coordinator (Junior HR Business Partner)

Job Definition

Primary purpose of the role

To provide a high quality, efficient and timely employee life cycle (ELC) business partnering service departments in Iron Mountain Turkey which means covering assignments in the areas of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation & benefits and performance management supporting the organization in line with the IME expectations and legal requirements. This position is directly reporting to Human Resources Director (Turkey)

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide HR business partnering to employees and people managers who have contacted HR Department around the employee life cycle. Employee life cycle will include (but is not limited to) recruitment, induction, leave/absence, performance management, disciplinary, grievances, redundancy, authority to recruit, changes in contractual terms, resignation, rehiring or reward

  • Run monthly payroll process working closely with external Payroll Provider and transfer appropriate data to Finance Team. Collect and maintain necessary data (payable bonuses, sick leave, vacation data, and Overtime information) from Managers to complete the payroll file. Assist Employees to ensure understanding of monthly payment.

  • Maintain Employee personal files both electronically and paper based. Ensure that all data are up to date, ready to make reports anytime.

  • Support Managers during recruiting process, run interviews, keep contact with external suppliers, agencies and control their service. Appoint the appropriate recruiting source and manage advertisements.

  • Ensure all join and leave documents are completed during the Vetting/Re-vetting process; necessary data are confirmed during the recruiting process but no later than the end of probation period. Prepare all necessary documents during Joining and Leaving procedure, ensure internal communication, prepare offer letters and contracts, run Induction relevant to HR issues, policies and rules.

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports regarding Human Resources.

  • Support HR Director to implement and drive Iron Mountain’s best Practices, processes and policies in the country, ensure that those are in line with Turkish legislation and guidelines.

  • Support local processes as required, in particular IM performance management, compensation , career development, training & development processes.

  • Continuously seek for opportunities to develop, train and educate HR processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of Employee experiences.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures, preferably within a multi-cultural environment and with/through all levels of the organisation.
  • 2+ years work experience in a field of HR, focusing on HR administration and payroll
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving high levels of HR Business partnering
  • Ability to analyse data and/or situation, maintain high accuracy and work quality standards, demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish rapport, credibility and drive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good command of Microsoft office programmes
