- İş Açıklaması
Our client is a global company operating in Kayseri. Now we are looking for Accountant who will be resident in Kayseri
- Reports to the Accounting and Finance Manager with functional reporting to the project team.
- Performs general accounting duties, review of accounting reports and performs reconciliations of accounting information as needed.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and respond to all vendor inquiries
- Communicates and coordinates all required contractual tasks in cooperation with project group and other relevant departments.
- Reviews and/or prepares relevant reports of certain financial activity and use accounting skills for problem solving under both Turkish Tax Legislations.
- Performs a broad range of routine accounting functions.
- Assigns transaction codes to documents. Assures documents that are being processed are included in the appropriate accounting period.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Organize bank relations related with transactions, documentations and reconciliations
- Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and arithmetic accuracy of account documents and makes adjustments.
- As required follows up on contractual issues, such as progress against contract schedule and agreed payments, and reports on actual vs budgeted expenditure trends, and prepare forecasts.
- Processes and manages contractual invoices and disbursements.
- Provides miscellaneous contract support functions.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Liaise with the Company’s external auditors when required.
- Be involved with the ERP set up and ongoing function as planned by the Company.

University Graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related departments.
At least 5 years of experience working in finance and accounting preferably in mining, oil and gas or construction.
Experience and knowledge of project accounting, mining experience will be an advantage.
Prepared and able to multi task with strong administration skills
