Design and manufacture both narrow and wide body commercial aircraft galleys and stowages, VIP galleys, aircraft equipments, provide retrofitting and reparing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.
The Project Leader will be responsible;
Responsibilities;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
- Ensure resource availability and allocation,
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress,
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques,
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques,
- Report and escalate to management as needed,
- Successfully manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders,
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks,
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors,
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
- Perform contract and claim manangemente activities.
Aranan NiteliklerQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering from top universities,
- 7-9 years of related experience leading a work package,
- Good command of English,
- Experience within the aviation/automative/defence industry.
Other Skills:
- Proficient with MS Project, competent with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Previous experience in planning or managing projects, as well as, the ability to develop, lead, motivate working teams,
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills,
- Familiar with problem solving tools,
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus,
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Job Title : Senior Stress Engineer
Essential Job Functions
- Research all relevant technical specifications, aircraft configurations and data to understand the loading environment and structural requirements and advise design engineering.
- Responsible for stress analysis, detail part sizing, and strength verification of interior furnishings, and test articles using classical hand analysis methods and by interpreting results from finite element analysis and other means.
- Must have a basic understanding of load paths, stability of structure, and aircraft structural behavior. Must be familiar with both classical and numerical (Finite Element) analysis methods.
- Coordinate with design engineering during design phase and review production drawings to ensure compliance with structural requirements.
- Coordinate with design engineering during design phase to ensure all necessary structural input to support drawing release.
- Generate formal weight estimates/reports, vibration analysis, stress reports, test plans, and finite element models.
- Review nonconformance reports to validate repair schemes.
- Provide accurate task completion reports
- To analyse cabin interior equipments which designed within our company, with finite element method,
- To prepare reports about analysis results,
- To compose static test plans, coordinate tests and report test results,
- To contribute design improvement, lightening and R&D processes,
- To prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers,
- To work coordinately with other engineering disciplines,
- To prepare technical data about appointed project and work package in the direction of related procedures.
Aranan NiteliklerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with finite element modeling (NASTRAN) and hand calculation methods.
- Experience in writing stress documentation and specifications to FAA / EASA standards.
Engineering’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (Aerospace, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or Manufacturing Engineering preferred), Master/PhD preferable
- Minimum 4 years experience in FEM/FEA (Able to use Nastran/Patran preferred),
- Have experience about finite elements analysis and test validation,
- Able to prepare technical report about appointed project and work package in the direction of related procedures,
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office programs – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required (English: Toefl(ibt):70, Ielts:5,5)

Job Title : Senior Design Engineer
Essential Job Functions
- To Perform concept or detail 3D Design (Sheet Metal Design, Part Design and Assembly Design) according to project requirements and specification,
- Create designs of aircraft interior products ranging from but not limited to: bins, galleys, lavatories, or ceiling panels used in commercial and private aircrafts using a computer aided drafting system and support existing designs of products which are manufactured on site. While creating new designs, considerations of certification, composites/general material selection due to weight restrictions in aircraft, and ease of manufacturing is necessary. Product designs range from basic interiors products used in regional aircraft and commercial airlines, to first class and high end private jets products.
- Produce innovative designs, 3D models and 2D drawings of aircraft interior products within technical specification and project requirements
- Work closely with other design engineers to complete engineering deliverables per project schedule and budget
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings that meet the TCI design standards using TCI processes and documentations
- With guidance from design chief, coordinate with other department to ensure that designs and drawings incorporate inputs from all disciplines
- Provide engineering support during production to solve technical issues
- Work with design chief to leverage TCI Cabin standard parts and designs in product development
- Follow 3D models and 2D drawings all the way from creation through release to ensure project schedules are met
- Maintain status of tasks and progress of work in TCI Program task management tool.

Job Title : Electrical Engineer
Essential Job Functions (Job Description)
- Apply basic aircraft wiring designs and practices while designing aircraft interior wiring systems.
- Use specifications, customer specifications and engineering drawings while designing aircraft interior wiring systems.
- Produce and release 3D models for electrical installation, detail parts and drawings maintaining data integrity according to the requirement.
- Produce accurate drawings such as wiring diagrams, wire harnesses, electrical installations and meet drawing release dates.
- Write test plans, reports and analysis such as; electrical load analysis, electromagnetic interference test plans and reports and passenger address system substantiations.
- Check drawings and prepare engineering change notices (ECNs) as required to support manufacturing.
- Develop quality designs, evaluating cost, safety, and manufacturing, within the time constraints of a project.
- Prepare drawings, reports and other engineering data required for production, testing and qualification of designed equipment.
- Act as shop liaison during initial production units to solve engineering problems encountered in production and support production personal with manufacturing electrical design.
- Understand and apply aerospace/OEM standard practices in engineering drawings.
- Examine suppliers lead times, cost, and availability for electrical components and parts.
- Apply knowledge of the basic understanding of airworthiness requirements for passenger aircraft interiors.
- Supporting new product development.
- Developing, designing, and modifying products to the defined requirements including analysis, laboratory tests, simulation, and field evaluation to assure compliance to project and customer and industry requirements.
- Preparing the documents required to define the products and show verification of analytics.
- Following company document control and quality procedures for engineering design and development.
- Analyzing problems and identify design solutions as applicable.
- Analyzing electronics and electrical designs by hand and by using analysis tools.
- Assisting quality department regarding non-compliance (NC) of hardware components.
- Providing technical assistance to all internal departments, suppliers, and customers as it relates to the product.
- Providing test and evaluation support including input of acceptance test procedures (ATP) and qualification test procedures (QTP).
Aranan NiteliklerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: BS in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Master/PhD preferable
- Experience: 3-5 years in aerospace environment preferred in aircraft interiors or systems. Aircraft Systems integration experience is a big plus.
- Electrical harness routing using Catia V5
- Experience in cable management EMI
- Computer Skills: Familiar with Windows Operating System and Office XP, CATIA V5 or equivalent 3D modeling system i.e. Solid Edge
- Other Skills: Detailed oriented and accurate is a must, understand regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
