    What will I be doing?

    As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

      • Allocate work duties to Team Members
      • Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
      • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
      • Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors
      • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
      • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
      • Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
      • Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
      • Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

    An Income Clerk/Auditor reviews, analyzes, and recommends improvements to the daily financial reports and process to improve accuracy and efficiency.



    What will I be doing?

    As Income Clerk/Auditor, you will monitor all transactions as they contribute to or detract hotel revenue. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Carry out daily checks of revenue via an Operations Audit as per hotel standards
    • Reconcile and monitor commissions, housekeeper and rate discrepancies, and Conference and Banqueting Revenue against daily function sheets
    • Check non-arrivals, late departures, no sales/voids, management bills, bill sequence and pay-outs
    • Check bills signed to Room Account and record all covers
    • Record Reset Counter
    • Make sure the revenues from the P.O.S Reports are prepared, investigated and reviewed.Track numerical sequence of open-closed checks and follow-up offline processes.
    • Prepare and correct e-invoice and e-archive invoices according to guest requests.
    • Track and verify voided and discounted checks.
    • Draw up the Cash Report and post daily cashier report to the accounting system.
    • Spot-check Function Diary and the settlement of function bills
    • Reconcile telephone, minibar revenue, guest laundry income, corrections and allowance
    • Ensure Advanced Deposits are current
    • Recommend improvements to processes as required
    • Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Finance Manager and/or General Manager

    • Experience in the hotel / leisure / retail sector
    • Possesss strong organisational skills
    • A good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
    • Strong influencing, inter-personal and communication skills
    • Excellent analytical skills

    It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

    • Previous Accounts/Finance experience in a high volume department, preferably within a hotel environment
    • Experience with the PeopleSoft system
