The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, determined, well spoken and experienced Sales Manager who understands the meaning of “hunting” to proudly sell our MANNA Boutique Hotels Istanbul- Gayrettepe property.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for ensuring that revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting, developing and closing small group business. You will Conduct a successful, aggressive solicitation process involving outside sales calls, inside appointments, telephone calls, individual letter and direct mail. As a proactive sales manager, 80% (eighty) of time should be spent in active sales solicitation.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of a Sales Manager include:

  • Identifying and hunting new business that fits sales parameters
  • Consistently making prospecting calls
  • Managing group accounts to maximize business potential
  • Negotiating contracts, ensuring that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
  • Aggressively pursuing new accounts on a weekly basis
  • Consistently booking repeat business
  • Making on-site and field presentations to prospective clients
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals

Qualifications

Job Requirements

The ideal Sales Manager candidate will have at least two years of experience in hospitality or sales as an Account Manager with a proven track record of success.
