Manpower Bakırköy - Customer Services Specialist - Temporary
Job Detail- To provide an initial first point of contact for all incoming communications into the technical services department,
- Open jobs and calls,
- Communicate with the field service team to assign field workload,
- Follow up the TS SOP, EHS and quality procedures,
- To help to meet budgetary target of TS,
- To communicate the issues with related managers,
- To support the trainer on the training materials.
For our multinational client which is a global leader in health products sector, we are currently looking for a" Technical Service Customer Administrator " who ideally is/has
- Contract management,
- Working with ERP systems,
- Working in a customer service environment,
- High level knowledge of English,
- High level knowledge of MS Office.
