We are a global Human Resources Company and we are seeking for a 'Sales and Administrative Assistant' to work for our multinational client.
- To handle a paperworks ,such as Posting Cards to Customers , Printing out marketing presentations,
- To implement import and export operations
- To arrange customer database, advertisement for magazines.
- Maintain travel itineraries and manage expense reimbursement process to ensure accurate and timely submission,
- To arrange all incoming/outgoing courier delivers,
- To answer the reception phone and meet & greet all visitors,
- To keep tracking of all Office inventory lists updated,
- To prepare monthly reports as required,
- Support Finance & HR operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Fluency in English both written and spoken,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written; open approach to people,
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and time management,
- Positive and professional disposition,
- Proactive, flexible who will demonstrate interpersonal sensitivity,
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and pays attention to detail.
