Job Definition

  • Reporting to Marketing Manager. 
  • Overall responsibility for brand management (P&L included), coordinate long term brand strategies and planning. 
  • Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility. 
  • The creation and development of the brand  strategy and lead 
  • All the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Digital and Packaging Agencies. 
  • Prepare marketing plans, product forecasts, monthly reports and ad hoc reports for the  management team and briefing agencies on projects. 
  • Manage Brand budget and track periodically. 
  • Analyze market trends and competition to develop action plans accordingly. 
  • Prepare and follow consumer and channel specific promotions. 
  • Plan and execute with the Trade Marketing Team to win in-store. 
  • Work closely with R&D to drive winning innovation. 
  • Developing new projects to increase brand awareness by target customer. 
  • Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Develops product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share. 
  • Coordinate PR activities to build brand awarenes.

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics and Engineering graduates), 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience 
  • Proficiency in English, Good command of MS office applications.
