Job Definition

We are looking for an experienced Conference and Banquet Sales who will be overall responsible for:
                 
-Development and implementation of a successful sales strategy to establish the hotels in the market and maximize profitability for the hotels.        
    
 -Direct and manage all sales activities to maximize revenue potential.
-Take responsibility for the delivery of the annual Sales Planning process for the properties, fully understanding the market requirements, and the required budgetary guidelines, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations
-To manage the day to day operation of the Banqueting Department, with the support of the Banqueting Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership.
-Develop key strategies, with Banqueting Manager, to involve Headwaiters and Servers in identfying key customer needs and work with them to develop initiatives  to meet/exceed these needs.
-To provide regular feedback to Banqueting Manager, Events Manager and other managers as appropriate on operational issues, standards and procedures.
-Working with the Banqueting Manager and Headwaiters /Lead Servers to develop strategies to enhance customer service and core standards - taking a 'back to basics' approach.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years  experience in the Sales department
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written,
- Expert in sales skills,
- Possess excellent computer and communication skills
-Should have flexible working hours
-Must be fluent in English/ Turkish language skills are of benefit
