The Foreign Trade Responsible position is at the core of our operations by being responsible for export-import, marketing, and sales. It has a key role to create, impact, reach more people and provide satisfied customers.
To our rapidly growing company, we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking team member for the position – Foreign Trade Responsible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities;
- In line with the objectives and strategies of the group companies, to manage and improve export and import functions.
- Managing and improving customer relations in the countries of responsibility.
- Monitoring developments and trends in foreign markets. Determining the Go To Market Strategy.
- Following-up the sales operations and preparing necessary reports.
- Preparing strategic plans and using them to lead generation and to develop business with existing customers and to create customer loyalty.
- Following-up customer orders in coordination with related functions.
- Working in coordination with the production function, to support product development and innovation according to customer needs and demands.
- Preparing accurate, timely activity reports to the management.
- Creating and realizing sales budget targets
- Monitoring threats and opportunities in the target markets by following-up and analyzing competitors’ activities. Accordingly, preparing and improving marketing and sales plans.
- In limits of related budgets, organizing marketing communication activities by participating in trade fairs, visiting foreign markets and customers representing the company in events and activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Second foreign language is considered a plus).
- University degree (preferably International Business Management)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Having knowledge and experience of foreign trade legislation
- Having career plans related to sales, marketing, and international business management areas
- Strong team player with leadership qualifications.
- Having no restrictions to travel (especially abroad)
- Skills; Time management, effective communication, analytic and result oriented thinking, problem-solving, decision making with the ability to think outside the box,
- Having a customer-focused approach
- Both a strategic outlook and focus on execution excellence, having systematic working principles
- Experience in team management
- No military obligation
